COURSE OVERVIEW /


The GOAL Fitness Training Programme is
 a fun, new football training programme for adults of all ages and abilities looking to improve their fitness through the beautiful game.

This revolutionary adults exercise initiative, the first of its kind here in Malaysia, GOAL Fitness uses 'High Intensity Training' to develop speed, strength and stamina with improving soccer skills at the same time.

  • develops speed, strength and stamina through fun, football-specific training drills
  • a HIT (High Intensity Training) programme open to all abilities - BEGINNERS WELCOME!!!
  • SAQ Drills (e.g. ladders, hurdles, slalom poles, speed chutes) to promote Speed, Agility and Quickness
  • all training sessions led by GA’s UEFA-qualified, international coaching team
  • limited group size for greater coach-player contact
  • small-sided games to maximise intensity and involvement
  • all participants take on the GA Fitness Challenge and receive a GA Fitness Profile
