The GOAL Fitness Training Programme is a revolutionary exercise initiative for adults of all abilities looking to improve their fitness through the beautiful game.
The first of its kind in Malaysia, this football training programme uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles to develop speed, strength and stamina whilst improving players' soccer skills at the same time.
